Vauxhall was the biggest-selling manufacturer in Scotland last year – for an incredible seventh year in a row.

It only just missed out on the overall top spot – a position it has held for six of the last seven years - by just 79 cars.

Vauxhall’s Regional Operations Manager for Scotland, Gordon Hannen, said, “We are delighted to be Scotland’s biggest-selling car manufacturer for the seventh year running"Adding, “We are confident the new 2015 Corsa, in showrooms now, can regain its position at the top of the Scottish car charts."

Opening the new Corsa range is the Life trim, which offers power steering, stereo radio and aux-in socket, six airbags, remote control central locking, hill start assist, ESP, tyre pressure monitoring system, heated windscreen, and electrically-operated front windows.

Moving up the range brings numerous desirable features, such as air conditioning, cruise control, alloy wheels, IntelliLink infotainment system, LED daytime running lights, USB connection, sports pedals and seats, leather-covered steering wheel, and much, much more.

One of the highlights of the engine range is the 113bhp 1.0-litre three-cylinder ECOTEC unit, available for £10,995 in String R trim.
